I offer free 15-minute consultations to anyone interested in discussing the possibility of services.

I am able to work with individuals 18+ residing in Washington state and accept the following insurance:

Standard session fee: $110 per 55-minute session

Sliding Scale

A limited number of sliding scale openings are available for clients experiencing financial hardship.

Sliding scale spots are offered based on availability and current caseload.

If cost is a concern, I invite you to reach out — we can have a brief, respectful conversation to determine whether a sliding scale option may be available.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee, except in cases of emergency or illness. Please review my Therapist Disclosure Statement for additional details.
